SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer service is of utmost importance to us at Empeiría Hemp LLC. We strive to make the entire process from shopping to receiving a pleasant experience.

Ordering and Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement Monday – Friday on our website. Once the order is placed on the website and the funds have been verified, the order is sent to our fulfillment warehouse where the items are prepared for shipment. All of our products ship USPS and come with a tracking number. Most orders will ship priority flat rate. If you require expedited shipping please call us directly to place your order over the phone or send us an email.

Returns

If you’re not totally in love with your Empeiría Hemp purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of STORE CREDIT. We only issue store credit. We do not issue refunds. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires.

*Our 30 day return for store credit policy does not apply to bulk orders. We consider bulk orders to be 3 or more of the same product. Returned items cannot be used or resold and must be destroyed. These items are considered food items and the law prohibits us from reselling them.  

DAMAGED ITEMS

Empeiría Hemp inspects all products before they leave the warehouse. If you receive a damaged item please contact our team to generate your return and expedite a replacement item.

It is your responsibility to check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM: 

– Contact our Support team to give them a reason for your return: sales@empeiriahemp.com
– Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
– As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.
– Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not have a tracking method.
